The sturdy handles are comfortable to hold and hollow on the inside so they don't get hot when cooking. The heavy lid securely closes the pot, but can also be quickly pushed aside if necessary. The steam drains through its openings in a controlled manner, there is no longer any splashing water. Thanks to an internal scaling, liquids can be poured into each pot - and poured over a wide pouring rim without dripping. The TransTherm? all-round floor absorbs the heat quickly, distributes it evenly and stores it inside for a long time.
