The nutmeg mill from WMF has proven to be very clever. It consists of no more than two parts: a stainless steel body and an upper part made of plastic. The grinder fixes the hard nut securely and grinds fine nutmeg powder with its sharp blades. Always grind only as much as you need, because the aroma evaporates quickly. Practical: The nutmegs can be stored in the mill and are already in place for the next use. The nutmeg grinder is easy to clean and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Not only meat and fish, but also fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables want to be processed appropriately. With the various vegetable slicers and kitchen graters of the WMF series Top Tools, you can do everything that should come in slices of rasps and strips on the plate. Get started and let potatoes, zucchini carrots or kiwis jump over the sharp blades. Thanks to the non-slip handles and attachable finger protection, you can process beetroot safely and down to the last beet residue.
