Coarse teeth first crack the contents, while fine teeth provide the finishing touch. The mill is also suitable for dried herbs and looks great on any set table!
The ceramic grinder is Made in Germany. It is fired at 1,700° C, is resistant to corrosion and wear, and is harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground with precision—adjustable in six settings, from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). You adjust the grind using the scale at the base of the mill; intermediate settings are also possible. Your setting remains perfectly in place, even when refilling the mill. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
