The ceramic grinder is Made in Germany. Fired at 1,700° C, it is immune to corrosion and wear, and harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground precisely in six settings – from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). The grind level is adjusted using the scale at the base of the mill. Intermediate levels are also possible. Your setting remains exactly as chosen – even when refilling. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
