Returns Policy
Hassle‑Free Returns (30 days)
If it’s not quite right, you can return items* purchased online within 30 days.
How to start a return
1. Email sales@thetable.co.nz with your order number.
2. Return via courier or drop off at our Petone store.
3. Items must be unused and in their original, resaleable packaging.
4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund/credit promptly.
*What can’t be returned: special orders, electrical appliances or items with moving parts, items used or not in original condition, items being assessed under manufacturer warranty.
Refunds & Costs
Damaged on arrival
● We’ll replace the item once photos are supplied within 7 days of delivery.
● Manufactured faults are covered by the supplier’s warranty.
● Damage caused in transit is handled with the courier.
Change of mind
● Exchange or store credit for the item price once the return is received and approved.
● Original and return shipping aren’t refundable (you’ll need to arrange and pay for return shipping).
● Please package returns with care. The Table is not responsible for any damage that occurs during a return’s transit.
Exchanges (30 days)
● Email us first for approval.
● Swap for any product on our website.
● If the new item costs less, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference (valid 12 months). If it costs more, simply pay the difference before dispatch.
● Shipping costs for returns and resends are the customer’s responsibility.
